My mother always says, her daughters keep her young. Now, as a mother with three teen and above age daughters, I totally understand what she’s talking about.

Last year I did my first styling event at our local Loft. This year, I was invited back and took my daughter along for our first mother daughter styling session. Watching her zip around that store, and put together the cutest outfits, definitely made my mothers reflection ring true.

If you follow me on Instagram, then you had a chance to see my daughter dancing around to the music, keeping me young and making sure this try on was like no other.

So big shout out to my middle daughter Deliz! She’s always been my fashionista and she is definitely keeping this Mama young!

Now let’s talk about what you’re really here for, the Loft’s latest Spring Styles!

Loft did not disappoint! I am not exaggerating when I say, this has been my absolute favorite line from them up to this point!

I have always thought of the Loft when looking for those dressier staple pieces that will last a lifetime.

Although they still have those great staples, I love the way they added more high-quality, trendy pieces this year!

The idea behind doing a mother-daughter styling session, is to give you a better idea of how these outfits look on different body types and age groups. I hope it inspires and reminds you to have fun with your style no matter your age!

First off, how cute is my daughter?! Proud Mama moment!

I love how she blended one of their staple pieces, using a blazer, with two of their new trendy pieces, the muscle style tank and distressed skinny jeans!

This outfit is the perfect example of thinking outside of the box!

Don’t be afraid to mix your dressier staple pieces with more casual trendy pieces.

You can go from work to play by using a blazer over a casual shirt with crisp white tennis shoes… your feet will thank you!

Here’s a little shorts moment with the same muscle tee in blue. My daughter ended up buying both! Ok…I ended up buying both for her! Lol

If you look close, I paired one of their more traditional style tanks, with my shorts, while my daughter added one of their newer tank styles with a more traditional patterned pair of shorts.

If you gravitate towards one style more than the other, try blending the two. It helps to spice up your wardrobe a bit.

Moving to the pant options.

I was excited to see that they’ve added a variety of trendy bottoms, like these Seamed Twill Wide Leg Crop Pants we are wearing in their Shadow Leaf color.

Instead of mostly dress wear options, they seemed to have a larger variety of trendy styles. I even spied these amazing paper bag pants with elastic waste line too.

Of course, they have plenty of options in shorts and jeans as well. Everything from the original straight leg, wide leg, you name it, they’ve got it.

Now let’s talk dresses!

Although we didn’t get to try on as many dresses as we’d like, they have a beautiful selection of both long and short dress options.

Fun skirts too! Like this beautiful and comfy pencil skirt my daughter has on below.

I feel like Loft will always have those iconic looks you love and expect, like this striped button down with white jeans, but they get two thumbs up (more like four thumbs up from my daughter and I) for bringing in that 2021 style we love!
